Download the birthday card pdf above and print (I’ve found it’s easiest to download on Google Chrome). You can either print both sides at the same time and staple the two pages together, or print one at a time to make it one double-sided sheet. Whatever works!

Sign the card with your name, fold, and encolse in any envelpe you have on hand.
