Erratics

Erratics came out of obsession: A hand-lettering series I designed with Vincenzo Vella at FIT. It was inspired by the poetry that forces us to confront the ineffable experiences of living. Erratics draws from the qualities of nature and decay in reaction to the nature-themed works of Robert Lowell and Kay Ryan. The Erratics process video above features an original poem by Regan Good, "A Feeling Rare as a St. Kilda Wren."
